Sunglow · Terms and safety

Adults only

Sunglow is for adults 18 and over.

Estimates, not medical advice

UV/dose estimates and photo previews are approximate. They do not predict a safe exposure time or guarantee a tan. UV can damage skin. Avoid sunburn, use protection and follow professional advice. Do not rely on the app for medication sensitivity, pregnancy, skin conditions or treatment decisions. Lighting and cameras change colour measurements.

Weather and reminders

Weather can change; forecasts may be stale or unavailable. Device settings, battery or connectivity can delay timers and notifications. Check conditions yourself. Reapply sunscreen as its label directs and after swimming, sweating or towelling. A timer does not measure remaining protection.

Subscriptions

Apple's purchase sheet shows the current price, trial and renewal terms before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple before renewal. An optional reminder is not cancellation. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases in the app. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Photos and license

Keep the recovery code safe; we cannot recover lost keys or decrypt your backup. Use only photos you have permission to use. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license. These notes explain functionality and safety limits. Updated 30 September 2026.
